Job Title: Solar Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
Forecasts and manages all operation finances, manpower in supporting the installed base business (operational KPIs)
Manages installed base tools installations (timeline and finance). Manages installed base tools warranty within the allocated reserves cost (resolves and escalates any tool down' situations). Ensures appropriate safety practices among the FSEs and PSEs. Resource allocation, development and recruitment. Manages contract workforce. Overall customers satisfacton in terms of field support. Identify and pursue service agreement business in conjunction with Sales. Manage Service contracts in terms of execution, profitability, enhancements and cost reduction programs

Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or Science in Technical Discipline (e.g. Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Chemistry
At least 7-8 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of semi-conductor business and markets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills. Results-oriented with a high degree of self motivation. Ability to lead. Independent and team player
