Requirements:
Requires above Bachelor degree or equivalent level of educational background in the relevant job, majored in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting; 3~7 years experience of the relevant job field required ; People Management Skill ,Leadership,Communication skill,Persuasion and influencing skills . Hardware/Process understanding,Project Management Skill,Knowledge in the Area of Semiconductor manufacturing and Fab Operation ; For English, requires to satisfy demands of daily conversation and job requirements fairly fluently ; Occasional and less frequent presentation is performed for information exchange inter-department
