Position Summary:
Build up solid relationship with customer to create new business: Manage business forecast & planning, business engagement, configuration, technical presentation, JDP, consultation, competitor analysis, positioning, wafer/live demo, quoting, negotiation, ordering, shipment and installed issue. Meets target Booking & Revenue, target market share, gross margin target, new product penetration.Pressure of Decision Making : Seldom must make rapid decisions. Attention to detail can be important; however, these tasks less than 20% of the day. Interruptions and distractions are infrequent, but do affect job performance.Innovation & Initiative: Require the exercise of some ingenuity to do unusual and complex duties. Standard procedure is usually inadequate in many of situations. General supervision is available at most times, but worker is expected to work out his/her own problems as a rule.

Responsibilities:
Participate the direct sales of system (entire Company products line or designated products) Regular customer meeting to understand customer�s business status, look for business opportunity, maintain customer satisfaction. Coordinate with PBG/RPM to respond to customer�s technical questions and to make sure product related technical details are resolved to the customer�s satisfaction Generate Configuration PST spec. Assist Sales Manager/Account GM to close business, participate the booking process. Develops and builds on meaningful/mutual-trust relationships with all pertinent people within the account. Maintains meeting information of each site visit. Calls on prospective customers, provide product information. Ensure all customer profile/business information and sales forecast data is completed, thoroughly, accurately, and on time updated. Ensure that the skills necessary to achieve results are obtained, this includes development of selling skills, administrative procedure, AMAT product knowledge, presentation skills for the consistent professional approach
Provides technical presentations, negotiates product specifications, completes product configurations based on certain products and capability

Job Specifications
Education:

Above Bachelor degree or equivalent level of educational background in the relevant job, majored in Semiconductor/Electronics/Electrical, Material Science or Physical/Mechanics

Knowledge & Relevant Experience:
1~3 years experience of the relevant job field required with relatively moderate professional skills
