Job Title:  Safety Engineer

Responsibilities:
Develop EHS strategies and lead team members to develop action plans for continually improving performance and customer satisfaction. Build up a capable and robust EHS team to support the business operations and future expansion activities in China Region. Technically direct EHS staff on EHS solutions for business/operation needs and develop a plan to continuously enhance company’s EHS program and imapge. Daily lead EHS projects and activities to ensure regulatory compliance, operation excellence and customer satisfaction. Develop and utilize EMS & OHSAS or equivalent management system to drive continuous improvements. Effectively communicating with top management and customers executives and management team to identify and achieve their EHS needs and expectations. Align with Global EHS on Corporate EHS programs and update/discuss the program implementation status and AMC EHS performance to Global EHS periodically.
Demonstrate leadership and provide guideline and coaching for team members.

Requirements:
Requires above Bachelor degree or equivalent level of educational background in the relevant job. 8 ~ 10 years experience of the relevant job field required,including 3+ supervisory experience. Leadership, good interpersonal and communication skills, result and customer orientation, and project management; requires to satisfy most work requirement and some ability to communicate on concrete topics relating to particular interest and special subjects. Be Team leader and able to achieve results through team activities. Be solution provider and able to adapt to change management.
