Position Summary:
Perform related tasks under general supervision. Engage in the process start-up & warranty support.
Pressure of Making Decision: little or no pressure to make rapid decisions. Work flow is normal. Task assignments are related. Interruptions and distractions are minimal or little consequence.
Innovation & Initiative: Some originating and planning of work required. Tasks follow generally standards or procedures. General supervision available if needed, but worker is expected to work out problems for the specific area under the general supervision.
Provide timely and effective support to assigned customers with respect to process engineering issues including to provide pro-active support to improve the overall system performance, to provide emergency support for systems down as required, to provide process optimization and development for the customers.
Perform Tier II and/or Tier III process qualification on assigned projects.
Ensure customer satisfaction with results and closure on sign-off
Transfer new process capability from product division to internal and external customers.
Coordinate customer presentation through Account and Management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Specifications:
Education:
Above Bachelor degree or equivalent level of educational background in the relevant job
Knowledge & Relevant Experience:
1~3 years experience of the relevant job field required . Relatively moderate professional skill required
