Job Title:  Order Administrator
Locatioin:  Suzhou, China

Position Summary:
Interface with customs & agents to maintain stock flow in/out of warehouse. Maintain stock document accuracy as government regulation. Support customer in process of customs duty document. Pressure of Making Decision: seldom must make rapid decisions. Attention to detail can be important; however, these tasks less than 20% of the day. Interruptions and distractions are infrequent, but do affect job performance. Innovation & Initiative: Some originating and planning of work required. Tasks follow generally standards or procedures. General supervision available if needed, but worker is expected to work out problems for the specific area under the general supervision

Responsibilities:
Support internal & external customer with spares. Bonded warehouse operation. Import/Export & interface with Customs/Customs broker. Freight forwarder management

Job Specifications
Education:
Junior college graduate or equivalent level of educational background in the relevant job. Knowledge & Relevant Experience: 3~7 years experience of the relevant job field required . Considerably matured professional skill required

Qualification & Skills:
Performance skills:  Customer service & Communication skills, Tech/Job Skills, Warehouse administration knowledge; Computer skills ; Basic knowledge on supply chain/logistics management ; English ;require to initiate and sustain a general conversation. ; andling limited work requirements are needed. ; little help is required to handle something difficult and complicated ; little or no presentation required
