Job Title:  Field Service Manager

Position Summary:
Manage overall field service resource development. Perform I & W management & cost control. Pressure of Making Decision: Occasionally must make rapid decisions. About 50% of the job is comprised of related tasks and the other half of unrelated tasks. Interruptions can occur about 40% of time, and may significantly interfere with job performance. Work flow is considered above the typical level of these kinds of jobs. Innovation & Initiative: Require the exercise of some ingenuity to do unusual and complex duties. Standard procedure is usually inadequate in many of situations. General supervision is available at most times, but worker is expected to work out his/her own problems as a rule.

Responsibilities:
Manage field service operation including CE development & planning. Monitor service product performance. Coordinate supporting plan by internal & external loan labor. Report service business status

Job Specifications:
Education:
Above Bachelor degree or equivalent level of educational background in the relevant job

Knowledge & Relevant Experience:
3~7 years experience of the relevant job field required; Considerably matured professional skill required
