Job Title:  Customer Engineer - Principal

Position Purpose:
Work on certain product to lead technical support project and support customer in the region. Initiate & coordinate technical program in field support enhancement. Work with autonomy, determine own methodology, and regularly use creativity. 

Responsibilities:
Integrated capability to improve or enhance productivity; be able to support Tier-1/ Tier II for KPU product,  review and implement  CIP, PE in region; be qualified and performs local TPS role of consulting, high-level troubleshooting in region, responsible for JDP support . Demonstrate technology ability to represent AMC and PBG, effectively communicate and convince customer from section managers up to fab director and TD mgr level. Transfer advanced Product knowledge and engineering information from PBG to region; develop BKM/FKM and achieve breakthrough innovation in the serviceability of the product or patent for the development, develop field troubleshooting guideline and fan out in region. Manage engineering project in region, help site managers to develop experienced CE in a team environment; be able to deliver formal TTC training to internal team and customers, mentor account senior CE for technical certification. Responsible for tool evaluation support, involve in new product penetration, keep close communication with PBG and engineering group in HQ; Responsible for sales RFQ hardware escalation and product promotion. Define product critical parts list cross region, responsible for new parts technical promotion and qualification, support  region quality for product/parts technical quality issue.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor degree or equivalent; More than 10 years of relevant working experience or 8 year direct experience in Semiconductor industry
