PREREQUISITES:
· Technical university degree or similar (or adequate knowledge and experience)
· Several years experience in international sales of capital intensive goods
· experience in planning and execution of complex projects
· IT knowledge: MS-Office, SAP
· Leadership experience
· Flexibility and sensitivity in cooperation with internal and external partners
· very good knowledge of English in writing and speaking, knowledge of German is a plus
· intercultural and social competence
· Willingness to frequent business travels - worldwide

TASKS:
· worldwide sales activities for thin film vaccum deposition systems for web applications
· lead sales negotiations with customers through purchase orders and beyond
· obtain highest possible market share while maintaining gross margin performance for web business group products
· apprehend customer requirements based on profound knowledge of the market and transfer them into specifications, doing risk analysis and transfer all this into offers
· building up strong customer relationships; focus on customer satisfaction
· work in close cooperation with R&D and Engineering and other internal departments
· Implementation and compliance with quality management policies
