Job Title:  Software Support Engineer III-IV

Responsibilities:
Manages customer expectation and issues with software releases providing a prioritized list of requests to division per platform. Troubleshoots a variety of difficult software problems
Interfaces with external customers for requirements analysis and schedule. Manages software proliferation at customer sites. Performs customer specific software testing on bugs and enhancements. Tracks software performance at external customer sites. Provides on-site software training to AMAT CE's.

PREREQUISITES:
Completed BSc, BEng in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent knowledge), and 5+ years directly related experience. Strong analytical skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Detail oriented
Exercises mature judgment. Ability to prioritize. Ability to work in a team. Ability to work independently. Ability to influence other people. Ability to act as mentor

Preferred:
MS in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent knowledge), and 2+ years directly related experience. Preferred previous work experience includes software engineering support with real time control and complex system. PVD hardware and/or process knowledge
