Job Title: Process Support Engineer

Location: Dresden, Germany
Development of new or modification of available processes/applications
Recommends and provides input for tool changes / modifications to facilitate manufacuring
Compiles and evaluates test data to determine appropriate limits and variables
for process or material specifications according to customer needs
Evaluates international technology and know-how transfer to assigned group
Problem solving of highly diverse technical and non-technical complexity.
PREREQUISITES:
B.S. or Master degree in technical discipline e.g. Electrical, Chemical or
Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, etc.- min. 2 years within Semiconductor Industry
Experienced in one Applied Materials applications area: preferrably PVD or CVD
AMAT experience and demonstrated project management capabilities
Overall experience on AMAT tools, including some process experience
Good communication skills, positive communicator, able to manage critical situations
Excellent team worker, across functions and in an international environment
Advanced skills of customer support and co-operation through
understanding of customer needs, goals and requirements
Works independent and under limited supervision
Good analytical and methodical capability
Builds up and maintains very close contacts to assigned customer, division / PBG, and appropriate work groups
Willingness to travel - domestic and international
Excellent capability of English language knowlegde of Spanish language is favorable but not a must
High dedication to the job and its requirements
