Responsibilities:
Support and administration of personnel and related issues and tasks
(applicant tracking, relocation, standard processes) Support and consulting of employees and supervisors regarding all HR related issues and questions. Building up, maintaining and ongoing co-operation with all relevant public / educational institutes, authorities, external suppliers and third parties. Responsibility for reporting, generating and updating various statistics,
organizing events and participation in project work. Depending on skills and abilities more specialized HR activities might be assigned

Prerequisites:
University degree in business administration with HR focus
or studies in related areas or apprenticeship + additional qualification as
"Personalfachkaufmann/-frau" First experience in similar position preferred, ideally gained a large, international (matrixed) organization. Knowledge in handling of HR records according to legal requirements, and administration of employees personal files etc. is an advantage as well as any previous experience working in a Solution Center environment. Good knowledge of standard PC software. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate well and work constructively within a team and with a wide range of employees. Strong project management skills (including the setting of priorities) and organizational skills. Ability to perform well under stress and according to deadlines. Willingness to limited travel - domestic and international. Good command of the German and the English language is a MUST! We will not be able to consider applicants without these capabilities.
