Job Title:  HR Manager - Relocation & Mobility

Responsibilities:
Leads Immigration/ Relocation Program(s) and drives HR functional excellence
Engages in planning, assessment, evaluation, organizing, staffing, integrating and controlling efforts related to program(s)
Maintains a global perspective for enabling and accomplishing program objectives
Resolves escalated issues/ inquiries as appropriate

Resolves conflicts between projects, functions and business units
Liaises with HRBP's and management teams to resolve the most complex issues and challenges
Liaises with HRBP's to maintain country specific knowledge of policies and regulations and with Learning, Development and Communication COE's and the HRSC when appropriate

Develops and tracks performance metrics and guides analysis and reporting
Evaluates current programs to determine competitive posture recommending improvements as needed

Manages the analysis, design and evaluation of programs and processes
Works with appropriate Model Components leads and Corporate Centers of Excellence to implement new policies, plans and procedures
Ensures new policies, plans and procedures are implemeted and adhered to

Special Skills:
Very knowledgeable with inter-country/ international relocation
Extensive knowledge in extended and frequent business traveller procedures and procedures
Aware of tax and immigration procedures

Education:
Master Degree in Business Administration or HR
