Job Title: Warehouse Ops Specialist

Location: China, Shanghai
Lead the operation team to carry out physical warehouse operations for Shanghai, Beijing, Wuxi, Chengdu, Dalian
Train warehouse operators on working procedures. Set up KPI of warehouse operation and monitor operation on a daily basis. Carry out cycle count per company policy. Monitor delivery permance to meet customer requirement
Commnicate with order management team, sales, planning, imp/exp, engineers to solve issue or development new procedures. Cooperate with outsource vendors to make continuous improvement on operation. Other warehouse related tasks
Requirements:
College degree or above.
At least 5 years experience on warehouse management.
Spares support mangement skill, familar with SAP application,fluent written and spoken English.
Good knowledge of customs import and export bonded warehouse procedures.

Acting as Interface between AGS and account team/customers for any
spares related issues or concern
Requirements :
Bachelor
3 years or above Years of Experience
Good interpersonal communication and negotiation skill
Project management skill
Proficiency in report and presentation skill
Strong execution and follow up capability
