Job Title:   Total Product Support

Job Duties :
Develops and applies diagnostic techniques to resolve complex technical problems on AKT equipments. Performs retrofits on equipment within established time frames. Uses tools and test equipments as part of overall diagnostic technique on complex system failures. Severs as liaison with customer service engineering and process support engineering on technical matters/issues. Provides supports to perform start-up, warranty activities. Provides supports to field service engineering personnel in developing and implementing plans to increase productivity. Tracks performance of systems as assigned and assists in uptime improvement. Utilizes quality improvement process methods and terminology.   

Requirements:
BS with major in ME, EE, Auto Eng or related discipline. 5 years of experience in customer service, engineering of TFT-LCD/CVD/PVD equipments. Knowledge of CVD/PVD techniques and mechanical, electronics & software control of CVD/PVD equipments. Familiar with customer service on various equipment platforms. Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate with customer positively. Good command of English in speaking, writing.
