Requires above Bachelor degree or equivalent level of educational background in the relevant job, majored in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting. 10+ years experience of the relevant job field required. Considerably matured professional skill required (Applied 6-9 years)

Tech/Job Skills:Hardware/Process understanding ;Project Management Skill;Knowledge in the Area of Semiconductor manufacturing and Fab Operation.
