Job Duties :
Provide timely and effective support to assigned customers with respect to process engineering issues including to provide pro-active support to improve the overall system performance, to provide emergency support for systems down as required, to provide process optimization and development for the customers. Perform Tier II and/or Tier III process qualification on assigned projects. Ensure customer satisfaction with results and closure on sign-off. Transfer new process capability from product division to internal and external customers. Coordinate customer presentation through Account and Management . Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements :
Above Bachelor degree or equivalent level of educational background in the relevant job
1~3 years experience of the relevant job field required. Customer service ,Teamwork,Communication skill. Engineering knowledge ,Process knowledge. Require to initiate and sustain a general conversation. Handling limited work requirements are needed. A little help is required to handle something difficult and complicated. Little or no presentation required
