Job Title: Facility Engineer

Job Duties :
Acts as an operation manager of fixed asset management. Ensures the safety, process, quality of the project.
Regularly provides On-site support to site management. Specifically related to contractor, sub-contractor, service dealer, etc. Provides quality control Support. Specifically related to construction, decoration, HVAC system, electrical system, fire system and detect system etc. Provides process control to meet business unit request and project needs. Makes onsite regularly check and inspection at the engineering level to internal customers on facility system upgrades, support plans, technical demonstrations. Creates technical publications and reviews documents covering facility improvements. Initiates and provides review of facility procedure to ensure data supports fix and follow up with communication to the facility field. Assists field service engineers and customers with on-site training when necessary. Helps training department to define necessary training for field service engineers on system upgrades and new systems components. Develops and presents financial analysis on all projects, relative cost saving plans, etc. Works with outsourcing team to help set initial facility service levels. Controls expenses within Applied Materials guidelines. May perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
B.S. Level Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent. 4-10 years engineering experience in a relevant field (e.g., construction, decoration, or a related area.). 3+ years directly related experience. With big real-estate management and purchasing experience is prefered. Skills and abilities to perform job include strong analytical skills; strong oral and written communication skills; strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills; very computer literate; detail oriented; exercises mature judgement; ability to work in a team; ability to acquire skills necessary to assemble, service, and troubleshoot process related equipment; and ability to work independently.
As deemed necessary by management, specific knowledge in other disciplines or functions such as procedure control, value engineering, quality tools Fluent english skill, capable of communicate with foreign vendor and supplier.
Presentation skills for internal & external customers and executives.
