Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job duties :
Identify and validate high growth business opportunities. Formulate business plan and execution strategy for new business initiatives. Support new business activities in Great China. Foster relationships with government, industry and develop partnerships and alliances. Structure deals and conduct deal negotiation. Managing a new business team in Great China.

Responsibility :
Knowledge and skills typically acquired by a completed BS or a graduate degree in a technical discipline (or equivalent knowledge)
8+ years directly related experience; 4+ years prior experience in management capacity. Preferred previous work experience: general business experience and/or technical experience in a technology company; and business development experience.
Strong business development and marketing/sales experience required. Excellent Chinese and English skills and a great communicator. Technical background, especially in semiconductor business is highly desirable.
